Fynd AI is an AI-powered recruitment platform that helps startups and organizations streamline hiring through a combination of AI technology and human expertise. We assist companies in identifying, evaluating, and hiring candidates efficiently — including free internship placements, flat-fee hiring, and outcome-based recruitment.

2. Eligibility

By using our Services, you represent that you are:

• At least 18 years of age;
• Legally capable of entering into binding agreements;
• Using the Services on behalf of yourself or a legitimate business entity with proper authorization.

If you are using our Services on behalf of an organization, you agree to these Terms on behalf of that organization.

3. Services Provided

Our Services include (but are not limited to):

• Recruitment and hiring support using AI-driven shortlisting tools;
• Talent sourcing for full-time, contract, and internship roles;
• Job posting and candidate management solutions;
• Employer access to pre-vetted candidate databases;
• Consultation and hiring support for startups.

Fynd AI does not guarantee employment or hiring outcomes and acts as a facilitation platform between employers and candidates.

4. User Responsibilities

You agree to use the Services only for lawful purposes and not to:

• Provide false, misleading, or incomplete information;
• Post or upload content that violates intellectual property or privacy rights;
• Attempt to access data not intended for you or compromise platform security;
• Misuse candidate or employer information shared through the platform.

Employers using Fynd AI must treat all candidate data as confidential and comply with applicable data protection laws.

5. Internship and Hiring Programs

Fynd AI offers certain hiring programs, including zero-cost internship placements. These programs are provided to support early-stage startups and student employability.

While Fynd AI facilitates introductions and candidate screening, the final selection, hiring, and employment terms are solely between the employer and candidate.

Fynd AI assumes no liability for employment disputes, performance outcomes, or compensation arrangements.

6. Fees and Payments

For flat-fee hiring or outcome-based recruitment, payment terms will be defined in the service agreement or proposal shared with the client.

Fynd AI charges no fees for internship hiring, unless otherwise agreed upon.

All payments must be made through approved payment channels, and are non-refundable once the hiring process is initiated.

7. Use of AI and Data

Our Services utilize artificial intelligence and machine learning models to recommend or match candidates. By using Fynd AI, you acknowledge that:

• AI-generated recommendations are assistive and do not replace human judgment;
• Fynd AI may process limited user and candidate data to improve matching accuracy;
• All AI processing follows our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, designs, algorithms, and software used on the Fynd AI platform are the intellectual property of Fynd AI or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or modify any part of our platform without written permission.

9. Third-Party Links

Our website may include links to third-party sites or services. These are provided for convenience only.

Fynd AI does not control or endorse such third-party content and is not responsible for their terms, privacy, or accuracy.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• We are not responsible for hiring outcomes, candidate performance, or any employment-related disputes between users.
• Fynd AI does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service operation.
• You agree to use our Services at your own discretion and risk.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Fynd AI, its affiliates, and its employees from any claim, loss, liability, or expense arising from your use of the Services, violation of these Terms, or infringement of third-party rights.

12. Termination

Fynd AI may suspend or terminate your access to the Services without prior notice if:

• You violate these Terms;
• You misuse the platform or engage in unlawful activity; or
• The Service becomes commercially unviable.

Upon termination, your right to use our Services immediately ceases.

13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, with exclusive jurisdiction in the courts of Bengaluru, Karnataka.
